Whether your riding has changed or you simply want our latest padding, upgrading is straightforward. We manufacture your new TriMesh padding before asking you to send us your saddle, keeping your time without it to a minimum.
How It Works?
Place your order
We find your Joyseat profile
Once your order is placed, our system identifies your existing Joyseat data and alerts our team. You do not need to complete another Smiling Butt Kit—your sit-bone measurement remains valid.
Review your configuration
Keep your fit or update it
We will send you a link to the configurator. You can keep your existing information or update details such as flexibility, riding position and weekly mileage. You can also choose a new color and nickname.
We make your TriMesh padding
Your upgrade is made before you send
Once your configuration is confirmed, we manufacture your new padding using our latest TriMesh technology. Only when it is ready will we send you the return shipping label for your original saddle.
We upgrade your Joyseat
Less time apart. More time riding.
When your saddle arrives, our team removes the original padding, installs the new TriMesh padding and sends the upgraded Joyseat back to you. We coordinate the process to keep the time without your saddle as short as possible.
Joyseat’s modular construction allows us to replace its padding independently—giving you access to future upgrades without replacing the entire saddle.
