I've had problems losing my Garmin Vario in the past while riding some rough gravel roads on my Thomson and this little feature finally solved the issue! It's much cleaner than adding a zip-tie to the rubber band on the classic mount and keeps your bike looking sharp. The bonus is that if you're using a dropper seat post (which I do on my MTB) it fits much better and you can actually use the full travel. :)

Easy to mount on seat and still space for small tool bag. Nice to have it raised up from seat tube to help driver’s visibility. FYI Garmin’s mew rear light radar with 1.25 mile visibility will be available soon
