The core of every Joyseat lies in its custom-printed padding, made from high-performance TPU. Using advanced Multi Jet Fusion technology, we fuse fine powder into a durable, supportive lattice—engineered precisely to your riding profile and pressure zones.

2 SHELL & RAILS | Joyseat Pro & Ultra

Carbon Composite

For our high-performance models (Pro & Ultra), we use pre-preg carbon—precision-layered fabrics pre-impregnated with epoxy resin. Both unidirectional and twill weaves are selected for optimal stiffness, weight, and responsiveness, all sourced within Europe.

3 SHELL | Joyseat Plus

Glass-Reinforced Nylon

Used in the Joyseat Plus, this robust polymer combines nylon’s flexibility with the strength of glass fibers. It creates a tough, lightweight shell that stands up to everyday riding—ideal for those seeking custom comfort with added value.

Stainless Steel
